Before ordering, I asked Mr. Lucas a couple questions and he answered within an hour both times. Very impressive customer service. Shipping was fast (shipped day after ordering), product is excellent quality. Put 100 rounds down range with it my last time out shooting and it performs as well as any of my other Glocks. I except to order from this company again.
